  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
